Order Processing

Processing times may vary depending on location and time of orderWe aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Mon - Fri)

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time {London} will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.

No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Please be aware that certain factors may affect processing times, such as incomplete payment, missing or incorrect address details, or exceptionally high order volumes during peak seasons.
If any issues arise, we will contact you via email before proceeding so we can ensure a successful delivery.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

André Ferran cannot be held responsible for customs delays or packages held by customs authorities.
The timing and release of your shipment are solely determined by your local customs agency.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@andreferran.com.

We will do our best to assist you.
However, because orders are transmitted automatically to our warehouse for immediate processing, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
In this case, you may wait for delivery and then initiate a return following our Refund Policy.
